Book of Acts....

Erik has finished the first draft of the book of Acts this week.

The next step in the process is for him is to do an " advisor check". This translation check is done phrase by phrase to make sure nothing is left out.

The next step is called a "village check". This is when the text gets read in the community and comprehension questions are asked

Next in the process, Michele will prepare the "back translation". This is a literal English rendering of the Nafe translation.

Final step is for the back translation to be sent to a consultant, who will write all his comments in preparation for his comng in October.

Please pray that this process will be completed by the end of July. They will be starting a new book probably Matthew or Luke.
