We have been together longer than we have been apart, 39 years. Here are some of the reasons that I have loved him for so long.
- He is a genuinely good guy, he is kind, smart, strong and honest.
- He loves me and treats me that way all the time.
- He is a cutie. He has the greatest blue eyes.
- He has a good sense of humor. Sometimes I will ask him ,"did you just make that up."
- He loves the Lord, there was a day he didn't and I know the difference.
- He is a GOOD cook. He cooks more than me.
- He is sober and has been for over 20 years. His sobriety has changed our life together. Our marriage is better because of it.
- He balances me out. We are opposites in many ways. He helps keep me focused, while I help him to see the emotional side.
- He is a good dad, and grandfather. He loves his sons, and grandchildren.
