1. We had our first winter storm last night, but it was only rain and cold wind, except in Kiowa they had snow and more wind if that is possible.
Snowed in the mountains and that is okay.
We turned the heat on tonight.
I made Jon give me my heating blanket back.
2. The Broncos stink. Jon and grandpa say it was just an off week. That's not what Jon said on Monday Nite. He said he just lost his temper and now he has seen the light.
3. Jon got a new cat. He is cute...cute...cute.... His name is Magnet. Monalinga is having a hard time getting used to the little one. The new cat just sits and watches her as she hisses. Poor thing age should have some privileges.
4.Art's work is going okay. He will finally get a paycheck in November after two months.
We are thankful for the timing on the sale. The taxes will take about 1/3 of it, but at least Obama is not in office yet.
5.Our fall has been wonderful here. I have enjoyed the breezes and the trees have been more colorful than in recent years.
6. We voted tonight. First time for Jon he was excited.
A right of passage, I told him we only have a few, potty training, learning to read, graduating from high school, and turning 21. At my age I could name a few more but I won't take the time, it would be to depressing.
7. Toby Joe is getting big and talking more.
Joel is also talking more or so I am told. He tends to mix up the two languages.
8. Sage and I may go to Vanuatu next year since Erik and Michele are staying an extra year instead of coming home on furlough.
9. I love Avon books. I have always spent hours looking through them, now I have tons of them to look through. Silly I know, but fun. Oh and yea I am loving those "leg sitters." They are so much bigger than the picture and they have lights and fiber optics all over them.. Yea they are so cute. You can buy them from me or on my AVON web site.
10. I am enjoying having Jon around. He cooked dinner tonight, tacos .They were good.
Art probably liked having someone else cook. Just kidding I do cook sometimes. Really I do.
They are making me clean the kitchen up.
11. I am going to Ohio in a couple of weeks. Get to see Des's new house and those beautiful girls.
12. There needs to be more hours in one day.
13. My knees have been hurting more the last few days. Might be the weather change or the few pounds I have put on.
I might need to go back to weight watchers even though I can't afford it right now.
14. Sage and Cole are coming to spend the weekend. They are finally done playing football.
15. Jon went to see Sarah Palin this week. I was jealous, but I didn't want to change my haircut appointment, and besides he wanted to go with his friend not me. :( that's a surprise.
16. Joanne killed a Black Widow in her garage this week, she brought it to show me and it really did have a perfect red hour glass on its belly.
17. Mom got a new refrigerator and dishwasher today.
18. I bought 3 boxes of popcorn balls, they may be gone in 2 weeks:) That should last me until Christmas. Did I tell you that they are only 2 points.

my roommate won't let me kill bugs. she catches them and takes them all the way downstairs and releases them back into the wild.

It's never happened. I'm just predicting that it would. She carries everything else downstairs. One time some big ugly hornets got in the window, and she saved them.
