FACES OF FALL;0)

I love pumpkin patches. There is something festive about all those pumpkins stacked together with their bright and varied colors of orange, their many shapes and sizes, and the delight that the kids have in picking the one that they want for their own.


These are some of my favorite pictures. The day was cool with a crisp breeze that made the kids cheeks and noses red, cold, and runny. They were overwhelmed at the huge collection of pumpkins. They climbed over and around them. They picked up and moved the little fruits while they tugged and groaned over the big ones as they tried to pick them up.

In the end they both came away with a pumpkin of choice.
