Hard to believe that it is the year 2009.
Especially in the light of the fact that I was born in the year 1949.
Sage said today that he doesn't think you are old until you are 80, and he doesn't want to live that long.
I told him that we would talk when he got to be 80, but then I guess we will have to save that
conversation for eternity :)
Any way, now is the time for making resolutions. I have never been into them so much.
I think that God has given us each new day and it is important for me to live that day to its fullest no matter the date.
Each day I have the opportunity to ask God for forgiveness....
Each day I can recognize God's blessings....
Each day I can decide how to respond to my situations... with faith or unbelief...
Each day I can love my husband...and treat him that way....
Each day I can enter the throne room of grace and ask God for the impossible....
Each day I can choose to love others and show them....
Each day I can take care of myself and my body......
I could go on and on, but I think that I make my point.....
God says: "This is the day that the Lord has made, let us rejoice and be glad in it."
So you can make your resolutions this week, but if you find at some point in 2009 that you have lost sight of those determinations, you can start over each and every day because God in His great mercy gives us that opportunity.

PRAISE JESUS for his GRACE!! It is nice to remember you can start each new day with a clear slate and not have to wait for a new year.
Love ya,
