I've been trying to blog for couple of days and having a hard time putting a picture on. I think my blogging issues maybe due to patience.
"Toto, I don't think we are in Kansas anymore."
As the saying goes.
It is taking a LONG TIME to download everything.
We are still in Port Vila, the city, and will not be leaving for Tanna until next week.
Erik is leaving on Thurs. we are following on Friday. Since Erik had to leave so quickly due to his emergency things are not in order and the rats have probably been busy.
Erik wants to go and make things as good as he can probably for me.
I will not complain about that.
Michele has been shopping for supplies. They will send the supplies on the boat that leaves on Tuesday.Hopefully all will come together.
The road has been fixed while they were gone. I so hope this is true. I had offered to pay a pig to have it done, but it looks like this is not necessary.
It had washed out in the rain.
I will end this with a drama that took place at bedtime last night.
As I was straightening my bed sheets I saw a pretty big spider hanging on the wall, he was big enough that I thought maybe he was a joke.
"Sierra, is that spider real?" I asked calmly.
"Yes its real," she responded.
Hmmm
"ERIK."
He slowly walked into the room.
"I really want that bug out of here it is sitting right next to my head."
"It is only a wolf spider, they won't hurt you. They eat bugs."
Not comforting...
"I don't care I want him gone," I said.
Erik leaves the room and comes back with the broom.
"Wait," I shout, to late cause he swings the broom before I get the picture.
It jumps, I scream, the spider disappears.
The question of the moment is where did he go?
Under the bed, across the room, or in my bed.
Erik is not concerned about it
Sierra is laughing. She doesn't think this is a big spider.
"In Tanna, there are usually two or three big ones, in the bathroom."
"That's why I never turn the light on at night," I respond.
My tiredness solves my dilemma. I decide after shaking out my sheets that I will survive.

That's a great story, but I have to admit I would re-act the same way that you did, and I know for sure Ryan would of...he hates spiders! :)
