A Quick Trip....

I know that I have said this before, and I will probably say it again,
I love this country.
When I travel I am always amazed at the diversity of it.
Yesterday when we left Colorado it was cold and sleeting, a miserable
springtime day. A quick 1 hour and 25 mins. later and we walked into
a bright sunny 80 degree day. A springtime dream.

The trees in Colorado are starting to bloom though the wet snows we
have had over the last couple of weeks have probably slowed the blooming
process.
Art gets so excited when the trees start to bloom because it means
Spring has sprung. That and he just likes the way they look.
Here the trees are in full bloom though I think that this is not only a
springtime occurrence but a year round thing. The trees are all colors of
pink, purple and red. The streets are lined with tall palm trees and the
highways have gardens of tall cactus. They look like soldiers standing at
attention.
