We Are HOME....

Wake up at 6:25 in my own bed...I love my bed:)

Get up and make new coffee. Art has drank most of the first pot he made.

Talked to Des and Mom. I had to tell them we were home.
Mom is sick and doesn't sound so good.
She is the "social chairperson for her building and she is hosting a dinner for 37 tomorrow.
I offered to help if she doesn't feel better.

Started to clean up the kitchen, I got sidetracked by the huge stack of mail on the counter.
I wonder how the post office can be loosing money when I get so much junk mail. Some one is paying postage. Art finished cleaning the kitchen.

We decide to go for a walk at Cherry Creek.
I use my new walking stick..Art made it for me. NICE...beautiful day

Joanne and I text..lamenting about the time change this weekend. I won't bore you with another blog post on the time change. Nothing has changed..

Stopped at the burrito place and got one of those yummy breakfast burritos.
I'll start diet tomorrow.

Home...Art hooks up new video phone to see if we have the old number.
We do. All is well.

I catch up on some e-mail.
I send off an article that I am having edited.

Art is paying bills and playing with the cats.
He loves those silly cats.
Oopps one just climbed into a grocery sack and fell off the counter..silly cat.

I am doing laundry.. Where did it all come from?
and unpacking food, looks like we didn't eat many of the snack we took along.

I'm on e-bay looking for a hat stand...I'm going to start an Etsy shop and sell my knitted baby hats. I need a baby model.
Joe and Erik disregard that last statement:)
To bad Samantha does not live closer..
I need to blog those hat pictures I took of her...what a cutie.

Time to work in a shower...
I haven't shaved my legs in a week...or two...or three.

Joe called wants his dad to go hunting tomorrow.
They are...

I texted Heather and John to see if they still have the flu...
Better but not well...
Highly contagious says Heather...
Oh no...so far we are okay

Did you know that there is a watch store in New York that has 12,000 watches to change this weekend?
Little trivia from the news...
Bet they hate the time change. HA!

Not much else happening here...but it is only noon.
It is good to be home:)
