A Fun Week...

Art spent the last week in Nebraska. He went to turkey hunt and to paint the barn.

Except for missing me...I had to stay home
He had a great time...
The trees were blooming...




The sunsets were awesome....
The turkeys were in the back yard...WAIT is that a pheasant and a turkey?



But I think that the most fun thing Art did was after the rain he found the Morrells. Yes mushrooms..


They were growing everywhere...
He gathered them...
dried some...
cooked and froze some for later cooking...
Seriously Art was in heaven...
Morrells go for around $17.00 a lb.
Oh yes, he got the barn painted also....
In all a very fun week.

If I'd been there it would have been perfect..
