Just a Little Scoop

Good day for some scoop..

It is 77 degrees in Nebraska today. Might snow in Denver tomorrow. 

Crazy weather but I'm loving it. 

I made myself a little spot at the top of the hill ..

a place to sit, rest, pray.

Yesterday Art found me with a cup of coffee. 

He is a lovely man...

Made my prayer time special..

 

We have been going to Estate Sales while in Denver, but we have discovered that out here they have auctions. 

We went to our second sale

yesterday. 

The room was filled with stuff

tons and tons of stuff... 

We got dishes, toys,tools,knives, books  and some of it  for only one dollar. 

It will take a while to get it all on the shop.

When we had spent the money we had allotted we stopped. 

We were exhausted

but

      we had so much fun.... 

There is a cyclone in Vanuatu again. 

I miss Chloe...

There was a baby in church today and she looked about 

 Chloe's age, I wanted to hold her so bad 

I didn't ask, but I wanted too:) 

My little sister is 50 years old this week. 

We are13 years apart.

I'm reading a book called

An old book I found at an estate sale.

Today is Palm Sunday. 

I was born on a snowy Palm Sunday

It can snow in Colorado in April...

I pulled weeds this week. 

The flower beds look great right now. 

This morning Art causally remarked, 

"oh look there is the pheasant in the field." 

WHAT!!!!

I fairly flew out of the bed 

grabbed my camera

only to realize as that beautiful bird walked into the trees that I didn't have a card in the

camera....SERIOUSLY...

I started a new Bible Study this week...

I think it will be a good way to meet people.

Hard boiled eggs are one of Arts favorite foods. 

I'm knitting a bunny toy right now..

We are going to Denver for Easter.

There was a prairie fire up the road this week. 

It was kinda scary to smell 

and 

then see the damage the next day. 

Things are really dry here right now...

We are having nacho's for dinner. 

Think I'll go help Art.
