Spring At the Farm....

So its springtime here in Nebraska.. . For years Art has been waiting to be here long enough to plant a garden. And this is the year he has planted sunflowers, corn, cucumbers, 4 different kinds of squash, big pumpkins, little pumpkins, potatoes, sweet potatoes, 5 kinds of peppers, cucumbers, watermelon, cantaloupe, carrots, parsnips, beans.

                       Starting to grow.....
I can't imagine what we will do if everything survives.

I brought this home from Seattle. It's an artichoke plant.
My brother has one and he talked me into getting this guy for Arts garden.

                        Flowers are still  blooming....

The Cats are enjoying the freedom of roaming....
                                                              and hanging

                                          The birds are nesting....

                                                       And the peeps are changing...
They grew while I was gone, they have feathers and big feet.

The turkeys are starting to gobble...

I'm enjoying these babies...I've taken to feeding them every morning,
and cleaning their coop. Who would have thought?

so at the end of the day  you can see its spring time and all 's well
at the little place..
