Only my husband would make hamburger buns for fun, and that's what he did yesterday.
He used the bread maker to mix the recipe
Kneaded rolled and cut them out perfect.
So what's the hazard? Well,
I asked him to take pictures so that I could show you his hard work...
and HE DROPPED MY CAMERA...
on the floor and broke the lens.
That's why there are no pictures of the finished product.
I assure you that the burgers were delicious, but we are both pretty upset about the camera.
My camera is one of my favorite things.
The Recipe....
Honey Wheat Sandwich Rolls

INGREDIENTS:
1 1/4 cups warm milk
1 egg beaten
2 Tablespoons butter, softened
1/4 cup honey
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 3/4 cups brad flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/4 teaspoons bread machine yeast
2 Tablespoons butter, melted
DIRECTIONS:
1. Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select dough cycle; press start.
2. When dough cycle has finished, turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and roll our 3/4 inch thick. Cut out rolls with biscuit cutter. Place on lightly greased cookie sheets, cover and let rise until doubled, about 1 hour. Meanwhile preheat oven to 350 degrees.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes. When rolls are finished baking, brush with melted butter.

oh no!!!!!!!!!! can you get it fixed? If it makes you feel any better the rolls look great...even before the finished product.
we had to buy a new lense...aaarrgh..
