Where Have I Been? 

 I have been crazy busy this last month. After I came home from Ohio my baby Chloe came for a visit. 
We enjoyed every minute, but 7 month olds can be a bit of work for their old great grandmas. 

She had a few tough days of teething, but she has two new bottom teeth to show for it

Grandpa had fun....

Aunt Joanne came to visit and fell in love with the new baby kitty 

and Chloe of course...

Chloe liked her also....

When baby went home and Joanne left we had new guests...

My niece Heather and her two girls came to stay 

The girls immediately fell in love with the farm, the chickens, and Uncle Art 

who became Grandpa for them....

We played games, hunted for chicken eggs, and took a road trip

to see Heather's family in Omaha. 

We had a few tough times and lots of good times 

We stayed in a hotel and  went swimming along the way....

We enjoyed the time we had with Heather's family

and after a few days went back to the farm 

The girls' helped Grandpa pick pumpkins

before we headed back to Denver...

We met with Aunt Joanne, Great Grandma Winnie  for dinner...

The next day Heather and girls headed home..

I got back to the farm last night, we had our first snow storm today, I slept in, and sat on the couch most of the day. 

and now you know where I've been and why I'm so tired:-)
