He changes times and seasons;
He sets up kings and deposes them,
He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge

I urge that entreaties and prayers, petitions
and thanksgiving, be made on behalf of all

You are so correct. I think there are some people in for "SHOCK and AWE," to coin my favorite phrase from the early days of the Iraq War.
