WHAT I am...

I am sitting, on the couch in my living room, watching movie RED with my brother from Seattle.
Richey flew in to see mom, spent night at Joanne's and we drove from Denver to here yesterday. We are thinking he will take the train back to Denver on Weds.

I am dreading, taking him to McCook in the middle of the night, the train doesn't leave until 3:30 am.

I enjoyed, 60 degree weather, a slight breeze and a walk around the property between football games, and a BRONCO win though we had some stressful moments toward the end of the game.

I am recouping, from a week with Chloe, Alex, and Jon visiting.

I am drinking,  pumpkin spice coffee, its fall.. my favorite:)

I am reading,  Me and Mrs. Kennedy by Clint Hill I am overloading on Kennedy books, this month, being it is the 5oth anniversary of his assassination. I remember being in French class when I heard our president had been murdered. It was a sad time.

I am concerned, about Joe who had pneumonia last week and is still on oxygen. I took him his favorite cabbage rolls when I was in Denver this week, did a little housecleaning, and cried a bit.

I am praying, for a quick recovery for my son.

I am knitting, a baby blanket and a sweater for me. I have until March to finish the baby blanket because that is when my new baby grand daughter will be born.

I am baking, lactation cookies for a new mom in our Bible Study tomorrow. They make me smile:)
I am studying, I Corinthians in my Bible Study.

I found, a new recipe for banana pancakes.
Alex made them for me
1ripe banana
2 eggs...mix them together until they are liquid consistency and fry just like a pancake.
they are sweet and really yummy.
I figure they are only about 4 points for around 4 pancakes.

good good good ....I will make them for my grandkids this Christmas

I am hoping, for more fall days, and that the predictions for a long cold winter are wrong.

I am loving, having my hour back (daylight savings time)but
I am hating, it getting dark at 4:30 in the afternoon.

I am looking  forward, to hunting season it starts this weekend,and the holidays though I haven't started to shop, bake or decorate yet. Where does the time go?

I am thankful, for my many blessings..God is good to us.

I am tired, I am going to bed now.
